Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and we all know that this year more than ever, stress is at an all time high for Mama’s everywhere, and we have the ‘Rona to thank for it (one word- HOMESCHOOL 🙈)!
It’s also no secret that small businesses are being hit exceptionally hard by this pandemic, and we can all use a little extra love and support while we weather this unprecedented storm.
To bring some much needed joy to one lucky Mom this Mother’s Day, I’ve collaborated with a few local Mama-owned and operated small businesses to put together a Mother’s Day giveaway basket filled with goodies any Mom would love to have.
From 5/4-5/8 at 11:59 PM, you can enter to win this awesome basket on Instagram (official rules at the end of this blog post).
Here is a list of goodies packed in the basket, as well as a small bio about the Mama(s) behind each business.

What’s in the basket: Maskara Beauty Quad Compact in rose gold, milk lip conditioner, pigments for lips and cheeks, eyeshadows, and the B squared applicator brush.
My name is April! I’m a Lifestyle Blogger and Maskcara Beauty Artist in Winters, CA. The amazing thing about Maskcara makeup is that your face is not one dimensional, so your makeup shouldn’t be either. It should be intuitive and personalized. You are unique and your face is an amazing combination of glowing highlight and chiseled shadow. Putting a wash of one foundation color all over your face is diminishing those amazing angles and creating a “flat face” that just isn’t the natural you. Our IIID Foundation makes it easy to customize a palette tailored to your skin tones. It highlights your natural features, eliminates the need for layers upon layers of makeup as our 4 step process makes it a light, but full coverage that blends together creating a glowing complexion in just minutes.
When I’m not elbows deep in a pile of dirty laundry or breaking up fights between my 4 wonderful children, I enjoy sharing Keto recipes, beauty tips, sale alerts, and my passion for everyday fashion! Coffee is my love language and I’m basically a professional when it comes to hiding Amazon boxes from my Husband. I’m just singing and laughing my way through life, one day at a time. Xo.”
